Duties and Responsibilities

Successful applicants will be assigned duties in the Test Development or Test Administration Division.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants must:

  • Possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University (at least Second Class Lower Division) in the relevant discipline.
  • A certification in Braille is required for applicants for Special Education.
  • A Master’s Degree in Educational Measurement and Evaluation will be an added advantage.
  • Have at least three (3) years relevant post-qualification teaching experience in a reputable institution.
  1.    RESEARCH OFFICER II

Duties and Responsibilities

The successful applicant will be required to perform the following duties, among others:

  • Conduct of Research
  • Maintenance of Research database
  • Supervise research projects from planning stage to final project completion
  • Interpret data
  • Write reports

Eligibility Criteria

Qualifications and Experience

  • Possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University (at least Second Class Lower Division) in any discipline with a Master’s Degree in Measurement and Evaluation/Mathematics/Statistics/Biology/Physics and Chemistry.
  • Have at least three (3) years relevant working experience in teaching or research with a reputable institution.
  1.    HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER II

Duties and Responsibilities

The successful applicant will be required to perform the following duties among others:

  • Assist in the formulation and implementation of Human Resources policies and programmes.
  • Assist in the handling of staff development and management issues.
  • Co-ordinate Human Resource matters relating to employees’ records.
  • Co-ordinate staff performance management processes.
  • Preparation of Human Resource Management reports.

Applicant must:

  • Possess a minimum of a First Degree in Business Administration (HRM/Management) or Social Science.
  • Have at least three (3) years relevant working experience in Human Resource Management/Development.

 

  1.    SENIOR STORES OFFICER II

Duties and Responsibilities

The successful applicant will be required to perform the following duties among others:

  • Conduct physical count to verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing products at the store.
  • Maintain online inventory management software and ensure timely identification of triggers to initiate actions for stock replenishment.
  • Post detail of receipt and dispatch transactions and ensure integrity of the inventory management system
  • Maintain up to date records of material inventory at the stores (existing stocks, pending orders etc)
  • Provide information on current stock and order to provide justification for reordering
  • Monitor trends of product receipt and dispatch at the store to provide basis for demand forecasting
  • Conduct periodic inventory stock counting inventory accuracy check
  • Perform end of the day inventory reconciliation, identify discrepancies, and resolved in time
  • Notify head store for irregularities in inventory records and support in reconciliation /resolving
  • Develop periodic report of store operations and performances as required
  • Maintain electronic inventory management data base

  • Possess a  minimum of a First Degree in Purchasing and Supply Chain Management
  • Have at least six (6) years relevant working experience in Stores Management
  1. LEGAL OFFICER II

 Duties and Responsibilities

The successful applicant will report to the Head, Legal Department and will be required to perform the following duties among others:

  • Undertake due diligence compliance tasks assigned.
  • Conduct legal research on matters required.
  • Ensure conformity with statutory government practices.
  • Provide advisory services on legal matters.
  • Assist in the development of guidelines, policies, and procedures.
  • Perform legal vetting of documents and commercial contracts.
  • Conduct risk analysis and mitigation.
  • Represents the Council in court and before quasi-judicial bodies.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualifications and Experience

Applicant must:

  • Possess a minimum of Bachelor of Law degree from a recognized University.
  • Be a member of Ghana Bar Association
  • Have at least five years of relevant pre/post qualification experience in the assessment industry
  1.      CYBER SECURITY OFFICER (ASSISTANT REGISTRAR II)

 Duties and Responsibilities

The successful applicant will be required to perform the following duties among others in the Information Communication Technology Division.

  • Perform penetration tests or working directly with penetration testers to assess potential security problems
  • Develop organization-wide security measures
  • Document known security breaches and vulnerabilities
  • Keep users informed by preparing performance reports; communicating system status
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest information technology (IT)and cybersecurity  developments

Eligibility Criteria

Qualifications and Experience

Applicant must:

  • Possess a  minimum of First Degree in Computer Science or allied disciplines from a recognized University ( at least Second-Class Lower Division)
  • A Master’s Degree in Digital Forensics and Cyber Security will be an added advantage.
  • Have at least three (3) years of hands-on practical experience.

All applicants must possess a minimum of SSSCE/WASSCE/GBCE/GCE “O” Level Examination Certificate or their equivalents with credits in five subjects including English Language and Mathematics, at ONE (1) sitting, or SSSCE/WASSCE/GBCE/GCE “O” Level Examination Certificate with credits in six subjects, including English Language and mathematics, at not more than TWO sittings.

Minimum Educational Requirement

All applicants must not be more than forty (40) years of age, except applicants for the position of Senior Stores Officer II, who should not be more than 45 years of age at the close of the advertisement for the position.
